Greetings in the name of Jesus. This is a great time to be alive. There is such a magnificent opportunity for God's children, the servants, to be about their Father's business.

Jesus made a statement which should be foremost in our mind. He said, You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great men exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you [His disciples]; but whoever would be great among you must be a servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave [one who serves because of a love bond]; even as the Son of man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. (Matt. 20:25-28, R.S.V.). God is authority, but His power works in servitude, unrestrained obedience. Remember the Centurion's servant who was healed because the Centurion understood authority. (Luke 7:2-3). Because of this Jesus became his minister, a servant to his servant. We know that Jesus is a high priest after the order of Melchisedec. (See Heb. 5:10). When we are anointed with the oil of the Holy Spirit we enter the same priesthood, and serve to fulfill God's instructions. Think about the example, the Levites, they labored.

The above excerpt from Matthew, chapter 20, emphasizes the nature of God, and shows the perverted character of man. Today, there are many who call themselves "Ministers," but they are in fact lords; using God's word as a catalyst they control the lives of their associates. Likewise, there are many who call themselves "Christians," but work as pseudo overseer, judging others. These people cannot fulfill their own standards, and often become angry when others do not live up to them. It is easy, even natural, to live by the flesh and not in the Spirit.

True Ministers are Christians who give to others what they have received from God. When we ask daily, the Holy Spirit will cause us to emulate Jesus. Thereby, we will not isolate ourselves in self righteousness, but love others. We will not be judgmental, but patient. We will be slow to anger and quick to forgive. We will glorify the things of God, not the things of this world. We will speak positive, not negative. We will focus outward, not inward, lest we forget that we are servants. A daily anointing makes us ready ministers at home, work and play.

I am being queried about God's servant, Benny Henn. Consider him a unique example. When one humbles himself before the LORD and becomes a trusted anointed servant he will not object to what God does. Having overcome pride he is not hampered by what others think. Submitted to God, his actions appear ridiculous to those who have not experienced God's power, unrestricted. Didn't Jesus take bizarre action when He spit on the blind man's eyes and they were healed? (Matt. 8:22-25). My! What would people say today? I don't care, do you?

Many of us have needs. However, as children of God we must not be anxious about tomorrow (Matt. 6:34), but serve others in their needs of today. If we will humble ourselves before the LORD, and not fear people, the LORD'S work can be done through us. Thereby, our problems are solved. Give and it shall be given unto you. (Luke 6:38).

Thanks to those who have called concerning JoAnn. We still need a miracle! We have fulfilled the above; we have fasted and prayed God's word; our pastor and others have anointed her with oil according to James 5:14. You have prayed, and now we stand according to Ephesians 6:13. She has frequent headaches, the doctor says it is allergies. ? In addition she has been ill with the flu and is still weak. The Oncologist says a lump in her left breast is cancer. We say God is greater than cancer; He healed me three years ago; pray for a miracle. Both of us appreciate your immediate and continued prayer. We do need your support; since I began to edit and rewrite the book "Letter To Israel," the battle has been turbulent.
