God's programs begin on schedule, and in the fullness of time they are completed. Therefore, make every day a day of peace, knowing that the end result of all things are for the good of the "kingdom of God" and you. Praise God and pray continually -- we are in spiritual warfare! (See Romans 8:28 and Eph. 6:12.) Because of this warfare you will find prayer requests in this letter; it is a letter that I could not finish until after a March 3 phone call with Clyde Lott, the "red heifer" cattleman.

Remember the "Red Heifer Project," the cattle that are needed in Israel. We did nothing to get involved with this program. Over the past three years, however, God has bound us to it. We believe that this project bears an important message for all Christians. Consider these facts. The selected U.S. cattleman is a minister of the Gospel; he knows that God has called him carry the "Good News" wherever he goes. He, along with Israeli Rabbis, government officials, accompanied by Israeli military leaders, have selected land in Shiloh, Itamar, Elon Morreh and the Jordan Valley for farms. This brings up a question --; Is Romans 11:13-36 about to be fulfilled?

Soon you will be able to read Rabbi Chaim Richman's book covering the history and future of the "Red Heifer." In February, Clyde Lott and I talked to Rabbi Richman by phone. At the Rabbi's request a set of U.S. copyright forms were sent to him. As soon as the publication is available you will be notified.

Please pray for the safety and needs of Rabbi Richman, his wife and seven children. It is reported that Israeli opponents have put him on their hit list. Pray for Clyde, his wife and daughter. They walk by faith, so, pray for their safety and pray that all their needs will be met. Also pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalms 122:6). Now, to the phone call mentioned above. In a Sunday phone conversation between Clyde and Rabbi Richman, the Rabbi requested prayer for their prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu. He is under great pressure from the United States to do things that are not profitable for the nation of Israel. We get some of this in the news, but much of what we get is distorted. We must also pray for the leaders of our nation; pray that they will be scriptural in everything they do.

We must never forget that the devil and his angels will do anything to stop the restoration of Israel, and especially their return to God. Obviously, the spirits of darkness believe by stopping Israel they will stop the return of Jesus Messiah. We can no longer take spiritual warfare lightly. The devil's business is to stop God's work through your church, your family and through you. Also, do not forget that the evil spirits have one purpose: they destroy. Mark 5:4 gives a glaring example of this.

It is possible for Letter to Israel to come off the press at approximately the same time as Rabbi Richman's "Red Heifer" book. Therefore, we ask that you also pray for us, and for the Letter to Israel book. It has obviously brought us into spiritual warfare.

Last month, I asked you to pray for JoAnn's health. She was having pain in the right side of her back. Last July, we started trying to find out why. After you prayed, on February 12, a Spirit- filled doctor ordered a bone scan and found that her number ten rib had cancer in it. The next day, she started fifteen days of radiation treatment. If you remember, she had confessed that she is healed. The new bone scan showed that the previous damaged places are healed, so, we are still holding to this confession. God built the worlds by His word. When we are in agreement with Him, God honors our word. Now, we are confessing restoration for JoAnn. Please join us in this, remembering, "... greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world, and everything that has a name is under the name of Jesus. (Re: John 4:4 and Eph. 1:15-23.)

Last year we started working toward having a good "home page" on the Internet. Achieving what I envisioned has been a slow process, but thanks to much help from the people at Digimag, during February we reached a goal.
